We were new to the city of Alexandria, and Steve was excellent in showing us a variety of housing options in the area.  He was patient and concise in explaining the market dynamic there, was very helpful in negotiations and diligent in making sure we were covered properly by arranging any and all inspections for the property.

Steve was very attentive.  Available homes where we wanted to be are seasonal and in short supply sometimes. There wasn't a large inventory in the beginning. However, he was able to show us possibilities over the three months that we liked. 
We ended up with a very nice townhouse that met practically all of our list of wants and needs. 
Steve is tenacious and will work hard for you to meet your needs. 

Steve, understood the market situation in the area we were looking. He did an excellent job of researching a number of issues that gave him the ability to know what would work and more importantly, what we shouldn’t do.  

He kept us well advised and after we signed, he follow up has been exceptionally. He has help us find quality workmen and services, even after the sale.
